Before: 36 years old woman, was size B with left congenital breast deformity.

After: With a left periareolar breast augmentation with 325 cc saline implant filled to 350cc and a right mastopexy augment
("lollipop scar") with a 300 cc saline implant filled to 345cc. She is now a C.
