Breast Augmentation - Enlargement of the breasts may now be achieved with either saline or silicone gel implants. Thinner patients may prefer the more natural feel of gel implants, where patients with more breast tissue to start with may like the fullness of saline implants. I utilize small incisions placed either beneath the breast in a natural fold or around the areola. Breast Reduction - Large pendulous breasts may be reduced in size with improved shape using the techniques of Dr. Hall-Findlay. I prefer this modification of a vertical breast reduction to the standard anchor breast reduction (inferior pedicle) because the scar is much shorter and the breasts tend to maintain projection and shape for many years. The surgery can be done in the privacy of our office operating room with a one- to two-week recovery. View before|after photos.

Breast Lift - Saggy and flattened breasts can be helped by this surgical procedure. In a way, it is similar to a breast reduction but the volume of the breasts are not changed. I can do this in conjunction with a breast enlargement if firm, "perky" breasts are your goal. View before|after photos.

Nipple Enhancement - Nipples that are large (due to genetics or breast feeding) or those that are inverted or retracted can be resized and reshaped as you desire with little to no visible scarring. Larger nipples can be trimmed to appear more natural and less aged. Flat or inverted nipples can be enhance or corrected by either releasing scar tissue at the base of the nipple or by inserting a small cartilage stent.
