Cosmoplast®/Collagen
We offer both Cosmoplast (human dermal source) and Zyplast (bovine dermal source), FDA-approved collagen fillers, for plumping thinned lips, and filling lines around the mouth and other facial grooves and/or scars. For your comfort, a topical anesthetic can be applied to the area being injected. These fillers contain xylocaine, also for your comfort.
A procedure takes less than 10 minutes and results are immediate. More than one treatment may be necessary to achieve results that can last up to 4 months. Before your first treatment, Dr. Hamori will perform a test for a possible allergic reaction.
