Rosacea Treatment
Rosacea or broken capillaries of the face, nose and chin may be erased with our new VariLite laser. The treatment is performed by a Registered Nurse in our skin spa and takes approximately 30 minutes. A cool numbing gel is applied to the face prior to the laser treatment to reduce any pain.

VariLite™ - This new dual wavelength laser offers improved treatment for vascular lesions, pigmented lesions, cutaneous lesions, rosacea, spider veins and more. Treatment will vary depending upon patient characteristics and the area being treated. Treatment sessions typically take 10-15 minutes and a treatment program may consist of several office visits. A pen-like handpiece is used to direct a beam of laser light to the lesion. You may feel a slight stinging sensation on the treatment area so a cooling gel may be applied. Some redness and swelling may be occur immediately following treatment, but should soon diminish. Unlike older technologies, VariLite treatment does not cause purple skin discoloration or bruised appearance to the treated skin.
