Ultherapy - Boston South Shore

Ultherapy Lift

UltherapyUltherapy® is a non-surgical procedure that stimulates the body’s own natural healing process to lift the skin over time. Ultherapy uses FDA-cleared ultrasound technology to treat the deepest support layers of the skin traditionally addressed by cosmetic surgery in a non-invasive treatment — without cutting or disrupting the surface of the skin.

Ultherapy is FDA-approved to lift skin on the:

  • Brow
  • Chin
  • Neck

as well as to improve lines and wrinkles on the:

  • Décolletage

Results do not duplicate a face lift, however, Ultherapy’s non-invasive application and gradual improvements make it a compelling option for those who have mild to moderate skin laxity.

No downtime. Natural results.

The treatment typically takes around 90-minutes. Afterward, patients are able to return to normal activities right away. With just one Ultherapy treatment, the lifting process is initiated. Effects build gradually over the course of two to three months, as new, stronger collagen and elastin are created. Further improvements can even appear up to six months following a procedure as the collagen-building process continues.

How Ultherapy Works

What makes Ultherapy unique (from the manufacturer).

Ultherapy Glow

Now you can enhance your Ultherapy treatment with the Ultherapy Glow treatment. This newest Ultherapy procedure treats at a depth of 1.5mm and complements the standard Ultherapy treatment by reaching a shallower layer of the skin. The Glow treatment can enhance skin tone and texture, and provide additional benefits such as:

  • Smoothing of skin texture around the mouth and eyes
  • Lifting and toning areas where additional improvement is desired
  • Treatment optimization for patients with very thin skin.
